Default My intro

Hello all, I just bought a 2003 Jaguar S-Type R. I am new to Jaguar but not internet forums (been on them for about 10 years now). In the last 4 years I've owned a BMW e38 740iL, e23 733i, and e30 M3 as well as a Mercedes-Benz E430. Looking forward to learning a lot.

Thanks for the upgrade, it was a bit frustrating not being able to view attachments. There seems to be a lot of good info here, and hopefully I will be able to contribute some myself one day.

Wink Good Choice of Jaguar

I am also new here but not to Jaguar. We currently have a 2002 R S-Type and it is just wonderful. Our 2005 is nice also but there is something about the ride and handeling of the R model (My wifes) so I steal it once in a while. Hope you like it as much as we do.

Thanks, I've noticed a bit more maturity than the other forums I've been on, save for maybe one of the Benz forums. I've already been looking into a 3 lb. pulley and muffler delete, but I am first going to change the tranny fluid and make sure the maintenance is up to date. I just got done with a 6 hour detail including a wash, clay bar, swirl remover, polish and wax; so it looks and feels like a glass mirror.

Its a blast to drive, I do have to check myself and make sure I use cruise control everywhere though .
