Hi to you all, my name is Keith Moon (not from the "WHO" as he has passed away,) and I live in Cleveleys, Lancashire, England. I have just purchased my fourth Jag, the first three were XJ's but this one is a 2001 XK8 Convertable. The time is now 5-45am and I have just spent the last TEN HRS. Cleaning and Polishing every part of it, in my garage, and boy does she look good. It is Metalic Blue and in Fantastic condition for a ONE owner car with 150,000 on the clock (which does not bother me in the least as you want to see the Service history, It has had almost everything replaced and by a Jag Dealership at GREAT cost to its last owner) WHAT A FANTASTIC CAR. I have just purchased a Private Reg. No. K88 UFO and I have Christened it BLUEBIRD. (Yes I know I am sad and boyish but what the hell, I just don,t care.) Welcome keith, i'm sure you'll be spending alot of time in my area of the forums, so we'll catch up later. Since she's all looking her best, i'd like to see a few pics, so go over there and start a thread with your images. I love the blue xks, that was my first color choice. Its always nice to have another clean fanatic around the forums. You'll fit in nicely with the rest of the xk8 members, and you can help us with the British slang/terminology thread that never seemed to get started. Simply reply w/ a YES and its all yours.
