Hi folks! My wife was given a college graduation present in the form of an 05 X-type 3.0L. I've been enjoying driving this around on occasion too! Anyhow, I hope to get some great info from this site. See you around!

welcome aboard slenser....
Sounds like someone loves your wife, really nice present to get. I'm sure you'll both enjoy the car and hopefully the forum too.

That was a great gift you gave her. If it wasn't from you but from her family, I'd say that was a great family to marry into! Hope you/she enjoys the Kitty.

It was from her mom. I just sold my Mazda 6 (same 3.0 in it) and while I enjoyed the size and zoom zoom, it didn't have as many nice features the Jag has.
