Default New and after E type restoration recommendation

Dear all, greetings.

I am the new owner of a 1966 e type OTS all numbers matching original two-owner car. I'd like to get the car checked out and sorted by a mechanic who appreciates patina, not body-off restoration work (unless there is no other option). The vehicle has new brakes, clutch, and fuel system work, but I want to get everything checked out, including the engine. It definitely needs new exhaust pipes, rubber seals, tyres and its paint returned to original colour. The car is in the San Jose (US) area but I will take it anywhere in California to form a lasting relationship with a good mechanic who doesn't overcharge and understands patina. So, I'm after recommendations. Who are your favourite mechanics and whom would you recommend? Thanks for all the help.

Photos of the vehicle would be helpful to understand the condition and 'patina' of the bodywork and interior.

Perhaps someone in the Bay Area can suggest a Jaguar specialist for you to use.
