New from BC canada
Hello.
I have had an 87 Vanden Plas for the last decade, really an amazing car, she has been sitting for the last 7 years and i am near ready to put in some time on her and put some finishing touches on her:
Fresh paint; not sure if to strip yo bare metal or not, but have decided on jag colour midnight mica.
Freshen v12 up - inspect and replace bearings and hopefully just piston rings, valve guides and seals, port head as the current heads have that terrible chamfer after manifold, remove sharp edges from combustion chamber and ceramic coat chamber and piston tops, remove cats in extend collector back to about 32" and run a 2.5" system with an h-pipe for good sound.
Install th700 from wrecker.
Undercoat whole car with bedliner.
Should be fun, im sure i will loose interest and then pickip again, took me 2 years to do my 78 fiat spider daily driver and i still have to spray paint on the wifets ramnge rover.... Always something vehicle related to do at my place. Lol
