new & buying an S type diesel, help please

hi, its been a while since i last had a jaguar (over 25 years), and i am activly looking to buy a S type diesel this month,

can you please help me with some questions?

1, what are the main differences between the "facelift" (04-05)
2, what is the difference between SE & SE sport ? (whats the best model to choose)
3, what should i look out for in buying a 2004/5 model car (full history from a dealer)

Sorry, Idon'tknow much aboutyour S Type but I believe that facelift ones should be more reliable ,SE Sport I believe must refer tomore upgraded wheels like 18" or sowth a firmer suspension set up .
Whatever you go for I hope you will be enjoyin your ride .One more thing, being a diesel engine you know you may face to carbon deposits that's why make sure your engine was cleaned w/ carbon cleaner device before it was due .You know sulphur is a "dirty" stuff lol
