Default Welcome to Jaguar Forums

Welcome Micki88 ... and greetings from fellow enthusiasts in Australia.

The X-Type is a great drive and you will find plenty of resources, advice and shared friendship here ... from the forum's main menu, jump over to the model specific section to check out the X-Type action. I also encourage you to visit the regional section shared by other members in your area ... local and regional events are second only to the advice from fellow members of recommended service providers in your area.

All that remains is for you to dive in and enjoy!

Best wishes,
Ken

A late 'Welcome' to Jaguar Forums from me, micki88.

I've been away driving my Jaguar across Europe and had no internet access.

Hi all -
Well, my car is still in the shop, and I think I' going to have to get a new engine. I'm hoping I can find one for no more than 1,200.00...if anyone can steer me in the right direction I'd be much obliged.
Thanks,
micki88

That's not good news.

If you post a new thread in X-Type forum explaining what has happened, US members should be able to help locate a good used replacement engine or advise on refurbishment options.
