Hello everyone ! I just took possession of real pretty 2001 XK8 convertible...topaz over oatmeal, tan top. 118000 miles. Looks like I'm owner number three. I got my first Corvette (1963 split window coupe) when I was 18 years old...been a Vette guy every since. I'll soon be 60 years old....I think the silver hair is going to look better in the Jag.. ha,ha....Really looking forward to being a member here...I appreciate the help that I got from everyone prior to purchasing the car as it really made the difference between buying or walking away....thanks again

I think any hair looks better in a Jag but enough about my problems.

I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
