New to the Forum: 2004 XJR in Grove City, PA
Greetings-
I have a 2004 XJR that I picked up in February 2012. Very pleased with the car. It's my first Jag, but it certainly won't be my last. I'm the only one around with an XJ. I haven't even heard of another XJR in the region - but I've noticed that they are quite rare.
As for me, I'm a jack of all trades...but in a really odd way. I'm a college professor, but I can turn a wrench pretty well. I prefer being outdoors, where I can shoot guns and drive my Jeep over rocks, but I also thrive in corporate environments, where I was a professional writer for a decade. I like to build things like decks and porches, but I also enjoy sitting down and reading Aristotle. And I play the drums, too...everything from jazz to heavy metal and progressive rock.
I'm a huge fan of sarcasm and wit, yet when it's time to help out a friend in need, I'm totally serious.
I have a wife and two kids and we just enjoy when things are simple and light-hearted.
And no, I don't like long walks on beaches or watching sunsets....haha.
That's about it for now...
