New to Forum with 2009 Jaguar xj8 VDP
Hi all. This is my 4th Jaguar xj8 and finally upgraded to the 2009. This is the last year they made this classic xj8 and I love the extras for the last year such as wheels, fins and design. I bought this sight unseen from across the U.S. and it was discounted because it has some quirks that need fixing. Runs great but working out the bugs so I thought this might be a great forum to get help on with other Jag fans. I'm not a mechanic but I do replace and repair stuff and like to fix things with proper guidance and or suggestions. Jags can be awesome and then a pain in the buttt LOL but I love the brand and cars. I just learned the LED light on the dash was missing for the alarm system but the other bubble (light sensor is there) Dont know why its missing but I found a place I bought it at but now I have to replace it or install it. Its just a plug in but how the heck do I install the xr82803 Light Sensor Locking Security System part? It's just a module but is it simple to put in? Thanks Crew. Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
