New to the Forum today
After not having a Jag for a driver for over 20 years now, I picked up one of those cars I said I would never own; an S-Type. But knowing the later cars were much improved, and as gorgeous as this one is, I just bought it after obsessing for over 2 weeks ! 2008 S-Type in Seafrost, 85k miles with 18' wheels ( soon to be replaced with Dayton Wires ) and Ivory/Mocha hydes. Not new to the Jag scene, I have been a JDC Member and Concourse Judge in the early to mid 90s, and worked every department of the local Jag dealer for 7 years. Owned cars from a 420, Series I 2+2 E-Type, a couple of XJS Coupes, and 2 E-type roadsters. And some of the coolest Demos too, from XJ12 saloons in colours not available in the States yet, to a manual XJS 6 cylinder Convertible, one of only 6 brought Stateside. My current '72 E is a solid original manual car with a removable hardtop too. In storage and waiting for some love(and money), its a keeper. Hoping to gain more knowledge on the old stuff, as well as figuring out this new animal. Separating the Ford from the Jaguar, I'm looking forward to learning about my new Kitty...

Welcome to the forum kennedystype,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the S-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
