Evening folks.
I'm the proud owner of a 1996 Jaguar Vanden Plas. This car originally was my mom's car and when she passed a few years back I was given this car so it has tons of sentimental value to me.
About a year ago my wife gave me the go ahead to restore the exterior and we had the car stripped and repainted. Next restoration will be refinishing the leather front seat(s), headliner and a few cosmetic issues.
I've fixed a few other items on the car- bad coil due to bad valve cover coil seal, fixed A/C due to leaking Schrader valve, and most recently I just finished replacing the alternator and belts.
I just ran into some electrical/security gremlins so I'll be digging for info shortly, and I'll get some pics uploaded tomorrow.

I can see you've already found your way to the X300 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
