Default New Guy Here!

I just got her the other day "Alanis" JAGged Little Pill LOL. 78K miles. Always a Palm Springs CA car. Previous owner had it for 7 years. He just got a new Alfa sedan. I got it for $7000, not too bad I hope. New air suspension, front brake.. Interior and exterior are near perfect. Some curb rash and headlight fog. Getting new rear braks, 4 wheel alignment, oil change.
Do I need to do a trans fluid change? There are fine cracks in the supercharger belt, how much should that run? Anybody know a good Jag repair shop in Palm Springs? Trunk CD changer is stuck.

Welcome to the forums Timothy,

Good to have you with us. At 78K miles, I'd have a transmission fluid and filter change if there hasn't been one recorded in service history.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-x350-x358-28/ to the X350 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-western-38/ to find other members in your region. That is the place to ask for recommendations on repair shops.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
