Hi All
I joined the forum ages ago but never got round to introducing myself.
Anyway Pete's the name and I'm a 60 something year old car and old bike nut from Northumberland ( 7 classic bikes at the last count) I presently run an 06 X type diesel with about 50K miles on the clock and do all my own maintenance when possible. Also have a P38 Range Rover so I know about cars with character.
Fancy an XJ Diesel so could be requesting advice on these pages sometime soon.
Cheers
Pete

Hi Pete and welcome to this friendly Forum.
You've found your way round the technical side OK I see.
There's a UK section too
UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
There's a lot of us who are 60-something around!

ps - Sorry about the Range Rover. We had a 110 Land Rover but bought a HiLux so we could actually go off-road on the farm.

Welcome to the forum Pete,

Not introduced yourself for 10 months! I'm close enough to come round and make a personal complaint.

You must know your way around the tech sections by now so no need for a link.

Hope the X-Type is running smoothly and the search for an XJ goes well.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham
