Hello, everyone

I've just become a Jag owner.
This is first Jaguar in my life - 1997 XK8 convertible.

Arrived to me last week from the US as "need some repairs" car, so I'm going to ask a lot of technical questions soon:-)

Welcome Arek . . . and greetings from a fellow enthusiast in Australia.

Others will be along shortly from closer to your home location, but let me offer a few hints to get you started. Check out the various model specific forums, where any technical queries about your Jaguar can be resolved. Check the FAQs there to download manuals, wiring diagrams etc. I suggest you also jump into the relevant European regional section to check out recent activity as well as news of upcoming events.

From the main menu bar, click on [User CP] then navigate down to [Edit Signature] to include details of your model/year/engine variant as an ongoing auto inclusion for all your future posts, so that any advice offered is accurate and relevant. You can use [Edit Avatar] to include a pic against your user name. Finally, practice using the search tools to read through topics relevant to your Jaguar interests.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly crowd here. Tell us a bit more about your Jaguar, perhaps attach some pics . . . you are sure to find ready interest among our other members . . . along with valuable advice about sourcing parts and services.

All that remains is for you to jump in . . . and enjoy.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
