Default New Jaguar Owner and New to this Site

I bought my 1999 Jaguar Base about 4 weeks ago. My daughter gets married on April 13th and requested that her bridal car be an older style Jag. So I started searching for the car and found the one in the pictures less than 20 miles from my home! It has 105,000 on it. It was company car that the president drove and he sold to the vice president in 2001 who was the previous owner. It drives really well and everything works. I also have all the service records so for $4,800 I think it's a great find!
I was born in the United Kingdom and moved to the United States in 1994 after working at JaguarSport in Kidlington Oxfordshire for just over 3 years.
My user name is based on the fact that I run marathons and have completed 31 of them since 2001.
I am looking forward to learning a lot of great stuff in this forum I have already been really impressed with what I have seen so far.

Welcome to the forum Paul,

An excellent vehicle history and looks to be condition to match. It'll be perfect for the bridal car. I've added the pic from your PDF to get a better view.

Thanks for the quick reply Graham and for adding the picture. I have the car stored in a friend's garage as I am keeping the car hidden as a surprise he will be driving it once a week just to keep things moving. All my daughter knows is that I have "booked" the car. Her future husband thinks it's I have booked a Cadillac.
I will check out the link you attached.
