Hello!

For those who are interested, the story of my life:

Early: MG-TD, Healey Sprite, Healey 3000, TR-3, Morgan +4, TR-6.

Middle: Non-descript, not worth mentioning.

Later: Beloved ’94 XJ-6.

Most recently: 2003 XK8 Coupe, BRG, Cashmere, 56K, Dayton wire wheels. I am in love again.

Thank you for the welcome…

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.

Norri and Richard,

Thank you both for the welcome.

Norri, the list of cars might be impressive, but some of those cars weren’t. I did not pay more than $500 or $600 a piece for the MG-TD, Healey Sprite, Healey 3000, or the TR-3.

Yes, Richard, that was a very, very long time ago; and those cars needed a lot of help, especially that Healey 3000. I learned a lot and they were a lot of fun.

The Morgan and TR-6 were in decent shape. But none of them can compare to this XK8…
