Hi,
I'm pretty ancient but I'm slowly getting used to this computer lark so please bear with me during
future communications.
I have just become the proud owner of a 1998 xj8 sport which has been standing for a few months
and which turns over and tries very hard to start, but doesn't! I bought her as a non runner so only
myself to blame for any forthcoming agro.
Before I start asking for guidance I'm going to have a good gander at the beast under the bonnet
to try and familiarise myself with what does what and what goes where,

Good idea, that bonding exercise, sorts lots of niggles.
The XJ8 (X308) Tech area will have answers, and HEAPS of info in the :stickies" at the top of that section.
