Hi My nave is Dominic Rocchio from Bellevue, Wa.. Have a 2003 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 with only just over 11,000 miles on it. It is my wifes car and she won't let me drive it unless she is in the car except when I take it in for some kind of service..!!! lol,lol
I too have the death screen on the Nav monitor, 50 and 51 code. I have a question. Does the Loading. KWI 7054 kb. software have to be loaded to a DVD-r dual layer disc or can a Std. DVD-r with 4.7 GB dics work? Thanks for any response on this. Dominic

Welcome to the forum Dominic,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I think you need to get your hardware issue resolved before worrying about the software.

Follow this link
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-x400-14/ to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Hello, Dominic,
I don't let husband drive my Jag, Ever!
At least you get to take it for servicing.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
