Hello to all. I'm Alan and I have just acquired my first Jaguar - a 2004 XKR. Unfortunately it does not have a Drivers Handbook so I may be asking a lot of basic questions! My first is how do I get another ignition key? I do not live near a Jaguar dealer.

Welcome to the forums Alan,

Good to have you with us. Once you have the qualifying number of posts you can download the full Vehicle Document Set for your 2004 XKR from here;
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...006-faq-67827/

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk8-xkr-x100-17/ to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information. Plenty of threads on resolving the extra key issue. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Alan,

I've sent the Driver's Handbook PDF to your AOL email address. Look out for an email from jaguarforums@outlook.com with an 18mB attachment.
