Hello! I am a new member from the mid-Atlantic. I purchased a 2000 Jaguar XJ8 last summer. Isn't she beautiful? This is what I tell myself while I stare at the invoices from the mechanic.

Congratulations on your new Jaguar XJ8!
It's not too surprising that a 24 year old Jaguar needs some attention. Age alone will dictate that, and then factor in Neglect when Previous Owners got bored with it.

However, with the help of members in our XJ8 section (where someone will be along shortly to direct you if you haven't already found your way) there is almost Nothing a shop does that you can't do yourself, if you only had help.

And that's exactly why this place exists.
