Hi I'm a new member from Jakarta-Indonesia. I just recently acquire an xj6 from 1996 year model which has always been my dream car. Can anybody assist me on the problem that I have with my head unit stereo? My car has a harman kardon set up but the head unit is now broken. My question is it possible to change the head unit to a standard single din available in the market and still operate the original jaguar cd changer that comes with the car? If yes what brand should I use? Because I read in some article that the standard cd changer is actually an Alpine brand. Appreciate some advise from the forum. Thanks guys...

I can't answer you on the head unit stereo, but suggest a search on X300 stereo or similar search. Your car is the X300 series of XJ6, the car that put reliability back into Jaguar after many years of absence.

Oh, by the way, welcome to the forum !

Hi welcome to the forum.
(jauh amat join dari Indo)

if your asking specific question, maybe better to post it directly on the Sub-forum where people of the same model cars can help you.

Welcome to the forum,

Yes, you should post your question in either the X300 section or the Audio section to get more response.

Welcome from the other side of the world. There should be plenty of help in the X300 section
