Hi,

Welcome to the Forums! - Brearings on an XK8 are roller type and press fitted into the knuckle housing. Can't be done on the car if I understand your Q correctly.

Best,

I just ordered the rotor nut socket. Any reason I shouldn't be able to do this in my garage? Would it be possible to break the ASB nut loose while still on the car. I will be able to lock the hub in place. Will I bend anything if I do it this way? Thanx
