I have the same model as you, you will get good info here and hope to get you sorted!
I'm sure the guys here will help you and good luck with the transmission woes, as I understand it, these cars do have issues, mine hasn't had serious trouble as the transfer case which was under scrutiny was changed out and I've no issues there!
My 2.5 is a sport and I mainly have wear and tear from lack of decent care so it is a problem I have to deal with along with money and time, once these are sorted like you, I believe the car is good to go and I wouldn't swap it, she's a BABE!
