New very happy owner of XJR
I just thought I would take a minute to thank you all for this valuable resource. Today I picked up my dream car, 2003 XJR in platinum grey. It's a one-owner car, 82,000 original miles, all service records, and other than some slight wear on the nimbus color leather, it looks pretty much as it rolled out of the factory. No door dings, no curb rash on wheels, etc. The only issues that I currently need to deal with (based on service history and the way it drives) is a new set of tires and an alignment. So far I am absolutely in love with the car, and happy that ever single button, function, etc seems to work without issue. I put about 75 miles on the car today in 105+ degree AZ heat, and was very impressed with how the car behaved. I read most of the last two year's worth of relevant posts about this model before purchasing the car, and the information I found on here proved to be invaluable. Thanks again, and I am sure you will all see me on here quite a bit, haha.

Welcome to the forum 2003XJTinAZ,
Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums.
From your description, the XJR sounds an excellent example with very good history. Has to deserve posting some pics.
