Hi! I'm new to the forum, though I've had my big cat for several years now. She's a 1990 XJRs 6.0 V12, and as far as I'm concerned is one of the most brilliant things mankind has created to date!

I also have a TVR Chimaera 450 tucked away in the garage, and a Jeep Cherokee 4.0 on LPG as a daily family bus.

I put the Jag in for a full respray yesterday, and I'm planning on doing a video diary of the work showing before, during, and after the work is completed. For anyone interested, the first video showing the current state of the car is here:

Anyhow, looking forward to chatting to you fine people more in the future. I'm planning a manual conversion on the Jag in a few years time, so I'll be sure to post up details about that as it happens as well!

Cheers,

Danny.

Welcome to the forum Danny,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums. I've already been viewing episode one of the video diary and can tell from your detailed assessment of condition, it is going to be a thorough job.

Follow this link XJS - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJS section for advice, information and to post your own input.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/ to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.
