Hi all,
Great to be a member!
I've recently bought a 1997 Jaguar XKR. It was owned by Jaguar for the first couple of years of its life and was apparently a launch car for Jaguar (of course the XKR wasn't officially released until 1998). I'm trying to track down its history and find out if there might be any pictures of it during the XKR launch period so if anyone thinks they might be able to help that would be great (I can provide VIN/reg no. etc)

We have a member here from Jaguar UK CRC (Customer Relationship Centre). Check my link below to the UK Region section and look for 'Janette' in the threads there. If anyone can help trace the history of your XKR, Janette is the one.
Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
