Hi, jaguar lovers. I am the owner of XK8 '99 for about 6 years now. When I got it it looked horrable, scratches all over the body, holes in the front seats, bold tyres, front bumper was cracked, and finally I've got surprise - there was a mixture of gas, oil an coolant in the engine. It took me a lot of efforts to repaint body, restore interior, get good tyres and rebuilt engine. I was enjoying my beauty but about 2 years ago, it broke down. Still trying to fix it, but unfortunately my jag is sitting in garage like a piece of furniture

Welcome to the forum DCCapitals,

After two years, it's time to get the furniture back on the road.

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the Europe Region section by following this link Europe - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in mainland Europe.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham
