New member intrduction - duplicate
This is a repeat of my introduction posted a couple of days ago. I am reading and posting from my phone and am learning to navigate the site. I just realized the original post was in the wrong area so i am duplicating it here.
Just a quick note to introduce myself. I live in Dallas texas, USA and have recently purchased a 2005 XK8. It is a white convertible in fair condition. Needs Some of the typical deferred maintenance, front struts leather mending, ect. I'm sure I will have a few questions along the way. Most of the information I could probably get from some of the manuals but since the rules require 10 messages before I can download anything it may take a while before I get there. Hate to waste people's time asking questions and responding to threads without adding any true content. Maybe a few of the questions I have will be useful to other members.
Anyway, so far I like the car and look forward to driving it. I have wanted one for years so when this one popped up on craigslist I had to jump on it.
