Hi there,

sorry if my english isn´t so good.

I´m a new member fron Germany, I´ve just bought an S-Type 3.0 V6 Executive from 2003.

I´ve already read a lot of threads because I have some Problems with my Xenon headlight adjusting. The right one looks onto the ground and I can´t adjust it manually cause there is no function if I turn the manually adjust screw.

But that´s not the content what have to be is an Intriduction sorry.

This Forum is much better than the german ones. It looks like that the members here posts mor DIY´s .

So far.

Hope to hear again

Sincerely

sven

Hi Sven- Your English is fine. Don't sweat it. I'm sure someone will be able to help you with your headlight issue. If you don't get a response here, try posting in the section specific to your model Jag. Have fun! -Ray

Welcome Sven, just do your best with the translation, and if we need more clarification to your questions or comments, we'll ask. Hope you like the forums, there's plenty of s-type chatter going about over in 'your' area, so hop right in.

Theres a manual fix for your headlamp over there, just got to find the instructions. Good luck!

I´ve just mentioned that this is a nice Forum. This is true but I still can´t see pictures in threads. That´s not a nice thing. Can anybody tell me how long the "qualifiying period" takes and how much posts I have to make before I can see pictures and so on.

Thanks

Sven

I think, but don't quote me, that it is 5, so you should be there now. Maybe one of the mods will speed you up if it is more than 5; they do that every once in a while. The qualifying period is basically to help reduce spam around here.

Default Sven - guess we both had the same idea- just sealed the deal on a 2003 S myself!

Been working at a deal on a very nice/lower miles S jaguar today. Iv'e searched for quite awhile to find one in this nice of condition with the options that I wanted. It seemed hard to get the memory seats and the heated seat options with the V6 motor. I hope I enjoy the car as much as the consumer reviews and the private owners that I've talked too lately. It's a beautiful winter frost with the light ivory interior. I'll get some pics soon and post them. Not many Jaguars out here in Oregon, it seems! Excited to join the forum with others who are as car crazy as me LOL
