Hi Everyone:
My husband & I just became the Happy Owners of a beautiful white X Type Jaguar 4 Door Sedan with the 2.5 V6 Gasoline Engine. It has high mileage of 192K.
We live in South Mississippi and will use the car for everyday local driving, along with our other vehicles.
Everything seems to work fine except the switch-blade key has its quirks about being reluctant to be removed. Would the park switch or a dead key battery contribute to this problem?

Follow Norri's link in post #3 to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
