Default New member to mine the grey matter of everyone before buying my childhood dream.

I've just sold my main daily driver, and now looking to use the cash to invest in my childhood dream of owning a Jag. Unfortunately, short of a lotto win, I won't be able to afford an E-type or an XK150, which were the models I had as a kid... but I think I'll be happy with pretty much any classic old girl.

I live in Western Australia and I'm looking to buy a classic Jag; Mark IV - 920G not really fussed, so figured I'd trawl through forums for some answers... and after not finding a few, looks like I'll have to ask a few questions. It's not like you can pop to a dealership to jump in and take one for a test drive.

Hoping to join the ranks soon of an 'Owner' not a Lurker 😎

Any of those will fit soooooo nicely in your garage, and keep you out of Mum's hair for days on end.

Good luck.
