Good morning I'm introducing myself. My name is Shawn and I have acquired a 1987 Jaguar XJ V12 Vanden Plas. It has 100k kilometers. I have acquired it for $500 bucks. It needs a coolant crossover pipe as the metal is fatigued and crack so it leaks out of it. So it is not advised to fire it up until it is replaced. So I'm going to around here reading the Series 3 subforum and looking up past posts for advice and how to in regards to fixing it. I hope to see you guys around!

How often I have wanted to fill my Jag like that, both tanks at once. But I've never found a station a) with hoses long enough and b) light enough traffic that I wouldn't get into trouble taking up 2 islands. Maybe I should try about 3am.....
