Hi Everyone, New Jag owner here from NY. I recently acquired a 2004 Xj8 Vanden Plas for only 15k with 40,000 miles on it I was really excited. Im only 19 years old, I know a little too young, but Ive loved jaguars since I was 9, my dad owns a repair shop and I was fortunate enough to work there. One day someone came in with a 1984 xj12 and never returned to pick it up. I loved that car and every time I came in I drove it everywhere, rebuilt most of the car myself. My Dad eventually sold it (broke my heart), but as soon as I was old enough to drive (legally) I picked up my newer xj8 and I feel like that 9 in year old in his Dad's shop again.

You don't know how lucky you are; in the UK no insurance company would even look at you with a car like that at your age. So enjoy !!!
