Hi all,
I have a ... Skoda. (Should I hide my head in shame?)
We inherited a Jaguar XJ 3.2 XJ8 Saloon 4dr Petrol Automatic (288 g/km, 240 bhp) - year 2000 when my Dad passed away last year.
I have tried to make a post about issues with the car, but I hadn't read the rules about an intro being a "must", sorry about that. I'm assuming that's why my post hasn't appeared yet.
Do i need to repost it or will it appear now I'm properly conforming to the forum rules?
thanks.

Welcome to the Forums.
Skoda, NAH, some here have worse than that as a stand by, no faith in Jaguar I believe is the excuse.
GGG, AKA Graham, will see where you have posted and sort for you, Graham sees EVERYTHING, HA.
Good luck.

Hello, Phil,
No shame driving a Skoda, because you Also have a Jaguar!
So you have the Top and the Bottom of the automotive spectrum.
That's quite a feat!
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Your other post was automatically locked for moderation because it mentioned you wanted to sell the vehicle which breaks forum rules on advertising. I've removed the offending sentences and unlocked it.
I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
