Hey everyone! New member here from San Diego.

A bit about me:
I am not a current Jag owner…yet.

I have been a long term Harley rider. But, last fall I had one of those Forest Gump running in Monument Valley moments, and said “I’m tired, I’m gonna get out of Harley riding”. So, I sold my Harley and bought a fishing boat. So, now I spend time fishing in San Diego bay, and near shore.

But, I do miss going down a beautiful sweeping road, or along the coast with the open sky above me and wind in my face.

I’ve always loved the Jag convertibles. And I’m thinking, that would be a way to scratch my itch. So, I’ve been doing some research, and virtually kicking tires to get ideas. I’m leaning heavily towards the XK 150 convertible. So, I hope ya’all don’t mind a non owner hanging out here, to learn & ask questions.

Hopefully, in the not too distant future I’ll be one of you.

Welcome to the forums XKDreams,

On a cold, wet and windy night in England, I could (almost) kill for a fishing boat in San Diego bay ......... and an XK parked on the dock.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/ to the X150 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-western-38/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums and good luck finding the second part of your dream.

Graham
