Hi all, well I didnt post here as I signed up some 4 months ago(didn't read: the read this...), doing it now, anyway, have had a XKR -98 for a few months, its working good, did change some oils as when I bought it, motor/diff(a real pain...) and some filters. Car is now in hibernation and service mode, have changed one of the rear hub wheel bearing(difficult without right tools, fairly easy with them), and the rear shocks lower bushings, there was some real pain involved in that...
This is my first Jag, I usually have one hobby car/MC at any given time, just before the XKR i had a BMW K1200RS, and prior to that a Super Seven,
Cheers!
k.

Welcome to the forums slugger,

Good to have you with us.

I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the European Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/europe-42/ to find other members in your region.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Hello,
Congratulations on your First Jaguar! All those repairs you have done are merely part of the Bonding Process.
By the time you have it all sorted, you'll either Love it or Hate it. Usually it's the first rather than the latter.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
