Hi everyone, have been looking at this forum for the past few weeks and have just bought a 07' XK. One owner all documentation with only 40,000 kilometres. Brought it home yesterday and as I was placing the car under my car storage lift I was not thinking about the antenna. It hit the top of mi lift and bent pretty good. I was able to straighten it but what the heck….. In reading on this subject I see I am not the only one who has an 'issue' with the antenna. As I do not have to worry abt an antenna on any of my other cars I am sure I will hit the damn thing again. I note that a few members simply pulled out the fuse. Question for those who have…… does it trigger any fuse warning signals on the dash?

Thanks for any info. Once I have an opportunity I will head down to a reputable stereo install place not to far from me and see what solution the may have that does not detract from the lines of the car.

Lots of interesting information…… operating on overload. Bringing car in next week for rear window tinting. IMO gives it a bit more aggressive look from the rear.
