Hello forum, I have a 1977 XJ-S that I have inherited from my father, I plan on fixing it up. Runs and drives good I'm mostly going to be doing a lot of body work, but I really like the car plus it had sentimental value. I'm from Racine, Wisconsin, USA

Wow! That's awesome. That's a beautiful car, and it's a real head-turner in good shape. Welcome to the forum. You'll find lots of help over in the XJS forum.

Welcome to the forum. Good to hear that you want to fix her up. Head into the XJS section you will receive some great advice.

If you do start a resto' project, remember to document and take lots of pictures for us. We like projects.

i just stopped using an 85 xjs as a daily driver in lieu of an xjr. Beautiful cars, i got more compliments in my beat up xjs than i ever did in any muscle car!

Sweet - love to see the before pics. I have an 1990 XJS Convertible. Amazing how little the exterior has changed in 13 yrs -

Cheers,
