purchased a 1994 v-12 majestic LWB many years ago and had mechanical problems and just had no time to work on it . put in storage and covered with no battery and little fuel. I knew it had a problem but the car was magnetic in its attraction to me. now trying to bring back to life. Will be asking many questions since I want to do a total overhaul. paint, engine, hoses etc.. Car was drivable at the time but not perfect. Hope to do most of the work myself .

Welcome to the forum racedad05,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

The V12's are are rare and desirable. A good decision to store it until you now have the time to restore it.

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ40 tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the USA Mid Atlantic Region forum by following this link USA Mid Atlantic - MD VA DC DE WV - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
