and not you do not need a passport to visit and we are in fact part of the US (or the colonies as the folks across the pond are quick to point out) despite what you may have heard on that recent TV show...........

just acquired an 04 STR with only 33500 miles on it. first foray into British cars but did spend some quality time with a recent British motorbike (09 Triumph Tiger). tend to be an audi guy so looking forward to this switch (but i kept the audi fleet as well)

Great info in the forum, was of significant help in making the purchase decision!

Welcome to the forum dccherry1,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

It sounds like you probably already know your way to the tech section but if not, follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-southwest-az-tx-nm-ok-37/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Well to be honest...........the forum and info was a great resource!! As the STR is a part time ride (going to be housed at a second home in AZ), was somewhat reluctant to buy a Jag without lots of research - so thanks to all who have contributed and to the admins for keeping us all on topic! Definitely look forward to sharing info and will post a pic to my signature soon.

What? I thought y'all were a separate country. Cool to find out you're part of the states.
(Heh heh. .I used to live there. I wouldn't have believed it wIthout having experienced it myself)

NM is definitely something to be experienced......State #8 for the Better Half and I and by far the most unique. Still amazes me that we have now been here over 9 years eclipsing the next longest by 2 years! Gotta love green chile though!

Default pic

so here's a pic of the ebony cat (notice the avatar - i had no idea when shooting that pic from my family room about a month ago that I would soon be the owner of a very wild kitty - somewhat appropriate me thinks!)

Yes - ginger cats are always a bit wild!

Great shine on the black one.
