Default New S-Type R owner

I'm excited to be a new owner of a 2006 S-Type "R" in green. This is my first Jag and can't say enough about how smooth and fast this car feels. As a motorcyclist for life I'm actually excited to drive my car everyday! Look forward to learning alot.

Welcome to the forums mikesbaron,

Good to have you with us.

I've moved your FOB question from General Tech Help to S-Type forum for advice from members with the same model. here's the direct link to it:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...-alarm-262236/

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ed-v8-x200-15/ to the main S-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-western-38/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Welcome aboard. Fellow motorcyclist here as well. I’ve had my S-Type R since 2007 and agree there is something rare about the way this car moves even at parking lot speeds it feels special. Do you have any pictures of your car?
