Default New and still shopping

I'm sick of having the biggest vehicle in the family because all the dirty stuff always gets hauled in it! So we bought a 69 GMC 3/4 ton truck and I'm looking to sell my Dodge Durango and get a car. But why just any car? So here I am.

The 1999 XJR I was drooling over is no longer listed for sale, so currently my focus is on detailing and selling the Durango so I have the cash on hand for the next time one catches my fancy.

welcome to the forum, you'll find plenty of info and support here.

Recommend checking out the XJ (X308) section for specific info on the MY range you are looking at - you will find how to's, common issues, etc that will be helpful in your search

XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

Check out the Northwest regional section for local news/events:

Northwest - Washington/Oregon/Idaho & SW Canadians - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

lastly recommend adding a signature to your profile by clicking the user cp link in the upper left. Once you have selected a model, include model and year for best technical replies

Good luck in the search and enjoy

Welcome to the forum sagekat,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow Steve's link to the X308 forum for help, advice and information if you have definitely decided on an XJ8/XJR.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Enjoy the search for your Jaguar and enjoy the forums.

Graham

Default Thank you all

Thank you all for the welcome. I absolutely love forums like this with you guys that really know your stuff (I learned sewing machine repair from some online mentors years ago) . I've been on here reading as much as possible every day in my free time.

I look forward to having a car that I'm proud of again and one that is worth putting some time, energy and money into maintaining.
