How about more details on the car, color mileage condition, wheels chrome-alloy or Sepang?? Also if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the car as I have one myself & am quite curious as to the market for these cars. I am looking at ordering a new XJL Supersport when they are available.

It's in really good condition, 2005 with 30,8xx miles on it. It's in KBB for $40,xxx but I paid $2k more than what a Honda Civic SI would cost.

It's going to be a little different to have 399 lb.-ft. @ 3,500 rpm compared to what my SI. I'm really excited to be in a sedan. Getting my 14mth daughter into a coupe was a pain in the butt. This should be a lot easier and much more enjoyable to drive.

 

Let me know if you want another 50hp, I am here in Mass as well. How far are you from Boston?

I hope you enjoy the Super V8! We have a little over 23K miles on ours and it just went out of warranty. I have decided since it has been so reliable that I would not purchase an extended warranty. I am assuming that you have done the Carfax “thing” or have checked into the background of the car. Preventative maintenance is the key to keeping your “***** Cat” purring.

I certainly did and everything checks out great. The car has 30,9xx miles on it so it's fairly new for an 05. I did go ahead and purchase an extended warranty for it just in case anything goes wrong with it. I hope not but just in case, I bought a 5 year 70k miles warranty. I should be picking her up next weekend right in time for some nice weather.
