Hi Everyone. I just bought my 1st Jaguar. 2005 S Type 4.2 Saphire VPD. I wasn't intimidated by it, or worried about the decision,.... IT is Beautiful! That's whats important to me cause I'm a girl. Of Course my husband did the research and checked out the forum, Then let me buy it!!

Hello Chris and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules.

Be patient and enjoy the site.

Thanks for the welcomes. This is a great forum with lots of information, and being new to the practiacal side of owning one, rather than on the other side of " Wow I love that car", as it goes by, I know we have a lot to learn.
I have to tell you, the 1st night we bought it home. My husband Clanc caught me sneaking out to the garage to take a peek....just to be sure it wasn't lonely! I hope the excitment never leaves!

Chris
