New X Type Owner

Hey, I've loved Jaguars for as long as I can remember.. I'm 16, and just got my first car about a month ago! Its a 2003 carnival red X-Type. I'm absolutely in love with it! I have been washing cars as a side job since I was 13 or so, so by now I consider myself a fairly formidable detailer. In fact, my car had moderate swirl marks which I removed on Sunday with a buffer. I'll have to post some before and after pics!

Welcome RedX. Glad to hear you will be taking such good care of her.

PS @ 16, "as long as I can remember" should pretty much be your whole life. Later on you'll only remember snippets of when you were 16. Hope this is one of those highlights.

Hello all, I just got a 1991 Jaguar Van Plas, there's a lighting bolt on the left side of the dash and it wont go out. I dont have the owners manual and i would like to find out what all these dash indicators mean. You know, i just want to fix her up and get her ready for the ball.
