I would like to introduce myself after lurking on this forum for several months, but now that I am the owner of a nice little XK8 I thought I had better join and enjoy a few of the privileges. I have always been a bit of a petrol head and have two loves, Lotus and Jaguar. Besides my run of the mill everyday cars I have owned a JPS Lotus Europa, which I will regret selling forever, and the car I sold before buying the XK8 a Lotus Excel which is also a 2+2 but you can actually fit two adults in the back of it unlike the Jag
The first thing I did was have the auto transmission fluid changed and my mechanic said thank you to the forum after I handed him a print out of how to do it.The forum seems filled with friendly people with great advice which is sure to come in handy. Regards Keith
