Hi everyone. I just joined the forum and posted a thread about a problem with my '98 XJ8L. Then, whilst reading some other new guy's thread, I noted amild rebuke about it being proper to introduce yourself before jumping right into the here's my problem page. So, before I too receive such deserved notice, I'm sorry for not introducing myself here first. I'm pretty new to this forum stuff also.

Anyway, as I said, I have a '98 XJ8L. It has over 190K miles on it and I've replaced the timing belt (luckily it only jumped one tooth) and rebuilt the ZF trany. It's a great riding and beautiful car, but it's starting now to have multiple electrical problems. I'm afraid it's going to start costing more than it may be worth.

I've been reading some threads and there seem to be some very knowledgable people here. Thanks for any help you can give me in the Tech section.
