Newbie from NZ
Hi, I live in Wellington, New Zealand and have owned a 1989 Daimler Double Six for about 18 months. Its done about 120,000 km, imported Japanese RHD beautful condition. Its only broken down twice since I've owned it, both times on vacations, miles from home. Ignition problems both times, sort of sorted now. Anyhoo i love the car, beautiful to drive, pace and grace, albiet a bit temperamental
My passion is working on classic cars, I currently have 6 (Ford Capri, Hillman Imp, VW microbus, BMW 635csi, Riley Elf, and the Daimler/Jag) .... and no modern drive, classic are meant to be used Not too much I can't tackle with a pretty well setup home workshop

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum with the rev issue so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the New Zealand Region forum by following this link New Zealand - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region.
