Hi, newbie to the forum. I bought a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 X350 about 6 months ago, it's a 3.5 Sport Premium in slate grey, 1 previous owner and only 55k miles. I love wafting about in it!
Couple of minor niggles, would appreciate any input...
First one is a slight vibration at the wheel at 50-60mph, I took it to F1Alloys in Mickle Trafford and they did a great job correcting one buckled wheel (which is now the spare) and rebalancing all of them. It's much better but still there a little bit, next step will be to check if the discs are warped I guess. Happens in drive or neutral, not noticeably worse when braking.
New headliner looks better anyhow, and smells a LOT better (previous owner was a smoker).
Third fault is the driver's seat heater doesn't work, but the passenger side does work. Maybe a loose connection; the previous owner had it set on easy access so the seat slid back every time he got in and out. Haven't investigated yet.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
